Cupar 9 July 1868 was presented the disp underwritten - George Just builder & David Just joiner, the surviving Trs of William Just junior, acting under Trust Deed 26 Jul 1843, registered 15 Sep 1843 … the lands & others exposed to roup on 14 Dec 1864, upset price £290, and John Cramb artist Glasgow offered £332 on behalf of himself & his brother James Cramb artist Glasgow … all & whole the pce land & ho thereon, pt of Broadhaugh, marked off with march stones at 4 corners thereof, bounded on S by King's highway, by ground of Robert Just on E, by grnd of Miss Mackie, now deceased, on W, and floodmark on N - 50 poles or thereby - right of shipping - all as lately occupied by late Mrs Ann Robertson / Just widow of deceased William Just sen & presently occupied by David Cramb … frequent the mill of Seamill with their corns & pay the accustomed multures therefor … RS 32/364/83
[lot 2 of roup (William Just's feu duties) was purchased on behalf of Turnbulls etc as Trs of William Turnbull for £528 (upset price £500) - see report in Courier 16 Dec 1864]
