Cupar 4 February 1836 … On 10 January 1836 appeared Adam Symon, engineer Dundee, & James Johnston, bailie … a feu disp by David McEwan, writer Dundee, to Adam Symon of all & whole that piece of ground & growing timber thereon, part of the croft of Broadhaugh, part of that in disp 1 February 1817 by Thomas Just to William Just, & ch of resig 3 August 1821 by William Berry to William Just, & sasine 17 September 1821, bounded by Robert Just's property to the S; by David Just's property and which runs in a straight line N from the W boundary of property belonging to him, pt of field of Broadhaugh, on E; by flood mark on N; by William Just's property on W, running in a straight line N from the E wall of said William Just's property; & rights to a road from the King's highway to the sea & the said piece of ground, & right of shipping by said road … sasine signed at Dundee 31 May 1828 … RS 32/210/264
