Cupar 21 July 1800. Resig. on 18 July 1800 appeared Robert Campbell of London as procurator for Agnes Rae daughter of James Rae sometime vintner Woodhaven … resig ad rem … of lands in sasine 7 Nov 1796 … by Agnes Rae in favour of John Berry … personal appearance of John Berry … all & whole that acre of land or thereby with the houses biggings … etc thereto belonging, lying on the S side of the water of Tay, & teinds large & small, parsonage & vicarage, which lands formerly belonged to Sir Thomas Nairn of St Fort and were disponed by him to William Kirkaldy in Inverdivot and Margaret Dickson his spouse, afterwards by progress to David Smith weaver & Agnes Harley his spouse & were disponed to them by said James Ray vintner in Woodhaven and by him to Agnes Hallie his spouse, by her to said Agnes Rae, by her to John Walker merchant in Charlestown, South Carolina, & thereafter by said John Walker to said Agnes Rae, bounded betwixt part of the lands of Inverdivot and feued to Thomas Just on E, the lands formerly of Andrew Wilson now of --- on W, with free ish & entry thereto with powers to cast fual feal & divot upon the commonty of Inverdivot together with all right & title … RS 32/51/369
